Job Description
We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join our client's Portals Team, supporting the development and enhancement of customer-facing web applications and digital portal solutions. This individual will serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and operational partners to ensure portal functionality aligns with business needs and delivers a seamless user experience.

Skills and Requirements
-5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst
-Experience supporting web applications, customer portals, or digital platforms.
-Strong SQL skills with the ability to write and troubleshoot complex queries.
-Experience reviewing and analyzing stored procedures.
-Demonstrated experience creating test cases, executing UAT, and supporting QA activities.
-Strong documentation and requirements gathering skills.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience interacting with business and technical stakeholders.
-Previous and recent experience working in Healthcare Insurance -Facets experience
