Business Systems AnalystGenesis10 is currently seeking a Business Systems Analyst for a contract position with an Agricultural Cooperative located in Inver Grove Heights, MN. Role is remote. Compensation: $75.00 - $77.00 per hour, W2, based on qualifications Position Overview: This role partners with business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver solutions that improve processes, support critical applications, system integrations and drive business value across agricultural operations.Key Responsibilities:Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and user storiesIdentify process improvement opportunities and recommend technology solutionsSupport and maintain assigned business applicationsManage and coordinate small enhancements and development effortsSupport system integration teams, digital architecture teams and master data teams as it relates to the digital farm management system and data integrationsDevelop and execute functional testing and support user acceptance testingManage application changes through production deploymentTrack and resolve system issues, requests, and enhancement opportunitiesAssist with business case development, including cost-benefit and risk analysisProvide end-user training and application support as neededPrimary Requirements:High School Diploma or equivalent1+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience, including requirements gathering, business process analysis, and application supportStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentWillingness to participate in an on-call support rotation as neededDesired Skills:Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related fieldExperience in Agricultural Retail or AgribusinessProject management experience or certificationExperience with sophisticated system and data integrationsOnly candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please apply!
