Role: Electromechanical Assembler

Location: Palm Beach Gardens, FL

Payrate: $40/hr - $50/hr

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Electromechanical Assembler IV to assemble, test, troubleshoot, and inspect electromechanical products in a regulated medical device manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with electronic and electromechanical equipment, engineering drawings, schematics, testing, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble components, subassemblies, and finished electromechanical products according to drawings and procedures.
• Perform dimensional inspections to verify specified tolerances.
• Test and troubleshoot electromechanical products and systems.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, electrical/electronic schematics, and technical procedures.
• Operate and understand robotic systems and support new product launches.
• Support first-time builds and design units with Manufacturing Engineering.
• Document assembly activities, parts used, and test results in Device History Records (DHR).
• Maintain tools and test equipment and ensure proper calibration.
• Write and update procedures based on product or process changes.
• Support quality issue resolution and continuous improvement activities.
• Serve as a technical SME and train junior/new personnel.

Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Biomedical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent military education.
• Alternatively, High School Diploma/GED with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong experience troubleshooting and performing preventive maintenance on electronic, electromechanical, or medical equipment.
• Strong understanding of electronic/digital circuitry and electromechanical devices.
• Experience interpreting schematics and engineering drawings.
• Understanding of AC/DC circuitry and basic mechanical technology.
• Strong technical documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
