Recruitment is underway today, with anticipated start dates beginning in Fall 2026.ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Do As A Canyon Ranch Colleague:Provide individualized or small-group Pilates training based on each guest's abilities, needs, and goals.Lead safe, engaging classes with proper alignment cues, modifications, and supportive supervision.Select movements and design routines that match participant experience levels and physical limitations.Maintain a calm, attentive presence and uphold Canyon Ranch service standards in every interaction.Clean equipment and activity areas after each session to support safety and readiness.Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and exceptional guest service in all settings.QualificationsWhat You'll Need To Be Successful:3-5 years of teaching experience in the fitness industry.Pilates certification a plusAcquire a group fitness certification within 90 days of start.High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework or a degree in a movement-related field is a plus.Current CPR certification and basic first aid knowledge must be obtained within 90 days of employmentStrong movement and alignment knowledge; understanding of body mechanics, technique, and injury-prevention principles.Excellent interpersonal and motivational skills, with the ability to engage and work with a diverse group of guests.What You'll Receive As A Canyon Ranch Colleague:Use of services and facilities including the spa, fitness classes, lectures, and overnight stays at all Canyon Ranch locations nationwide.Employee Assistance ProgramA supportive, collaborative work environment with opportunities for professional growth.The wage for this role may take into account factors for compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure or certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
