THE CLIENT

Our client is a growing and highly respected organization seeking a Senior Manager, Compensation & Benefits to join its Human Resources team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting employee programs, HR operations, and strategic people initiatives within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

THE ROLE

The Senior Manager, Compensation & Benefits will oversee a broad range of total rewards and people operations functions, ensuring employees receive a positive and seamless experience throughout their employment lifecycle. This individual will partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to support compensation programs, benefits administration, HR systems, compliance initiatives, and operational processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and administer employee compensation and benefits programs
• Support compensation reviews, promotions, and performance-related initiatives
• Maintain and optimize HR systems, reporting, and employee data
• Partner with internal teams to support payroll processes and employee records management
• Oversee benefits enrollment, leave administration, and employee communications
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations
• Develop and improve HR processes, procedures, and documentation
• Prepare reports, analytics, and workforce data to support business decisions
• Assist with employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding and offboarding
• Support strategic HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to deliver exceptional employee support
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through technology and automation

THE CANDIDATE

• Bachelor's degree required
• 6+ years of Human Resources experience, with a focus on compensation, benefits, HR operations, or related functions
• Experience administering compensation and benefits programs
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms and payroll processes
• Knowledge of employment regulations and HR best practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented approach to work

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Base salary of $140,000-$175,000
• Schedule: 4 days in office 1 day remote
