Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | Monday 7:00 AM – 8:30 PM, Tuesday 7:00 AM – 8:30 PM, Wednesday 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an acute care setting
Manage an expected caseload of approximately 10 patient visits per day
Complete clinical documentation using Epic EMR
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with physician orders and patient goals
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient progress and discharge planning

Required Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of West Virginia or eligibility to obtain
Valid, unexpired driver's license — a copy must be provided at time of submission
Any background hits or criminal history must be disclosed at time of submission
Compliance with facility infection control standards — no false/artificial nails permitted
Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior acute care physical therapy experience strongly preferred
Familiarity with Epic EMR documentation system
Ability to manage a high-volume patient caseload efficiently
