Facility:
This is an outpatient urgent care clinic co-located with a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital on the main campus. The facility utilizes Athena EMR and MediTech systems and is supported by a strong clinical team including LPNs, RNs, MAs, and dedicated front office staff. On-site resources include Emergency Department, ambulance, outpatient and inpatient services, a radiologist on staff, and full lab, radiology, cardiopulmonary, and PT/OT services, ensuring comprehensive support for both providers and patients.

Job Details:

• Employed position providing urgent care services at an outpatient clinic on the hospital's main campus
• Average daily patient volume of approximately 25-30 patients, with higher volumes during winter months ranging from 60-70 patients
• Outpatient point of care testing available on site
• Access to full clinical support staff including LPNs, RNs, MAs, and two dedicated front office staff
• On-site resources include lab, radiology, cardiopulmonary, and PT/OT services
• Radiologist on staff to support diagnostic needs
• Emergency Department, ambulance, outpatient, and inpatient services available on site
• On-site management support staff available
• Competitive compensation package including base salary plus wRVU production bonus
